‘It was 15 years ago’: Andy Lee reveals cheeky secret from fiancée Bec Harding’s past

Andy Lee revealed a cheeky detail about fiancée Rebecca Harding’s past on live radio on Wednesday morning.
The Hundred host, 43, was a guest on the Stav, Abby and Matt breakfast show when he casually let Bec’s secret slip.

Speaking ahead of Saturday’s AFL Grand Final, Andy revealed he would be rooting for the Brisbane Lions instead of the Sydney Swans – and it’s partly to do with his fiancée. 
“I am going for the Lions because I like it when the team that knocks my team out goes on to win it, it makes it feel like you came second,” he said.
“The other reason is, Bec hooked up with Dane Rampe – who plays for the Sydney Swans – at schoolies.
“So although it was like 15 years ago, there’s got to be a little natural vendetta against that Sydney backline!”

Andy laughed at the light-hearted comment, and is in sheer engagement bliss with Bec – who he proposed to in May this year.
Weeks earlier, Andy shared yet another surprise detail about his and Bec’s relationship. 
The star host was filming a promo video for the newest season of his game show The Hundred. He revealed he and Bec were “obsessed” with crime dramas – particularly Law & Order SVU.
“At the start of [lockdown] we went back and started watching every single episode from every season,” Andy spilled.
“We’re nearly up to date with 24 seasons. But I sent Bec a picture of me in the outfits and she was like, ‘Oh my God, what are you doing? Is this Law & Order?’

The outfits in question, were the ones Andy, Sophie Monk and comedian Mike Goldstein wore for their hilarious crime-fighting trailer above.
“I said not quite, but she was pretty excited,” he smiled.

Andy and Bec are fourth months into their engagement. So when they’re not binging Law & Order, they also have a wedding to plan!
Speaking on The Kyle & Jackie O Show early September, Andy revealed the one thing standing in their way of getting married and so far, it’s their location plans.
“That’s something we have not discussed at all,” Andy told hosts Kyle and Jackie.
“We tried to start it, but I think it bounces between, let’s have everyone there and have a massive party.

“And then we look at the cost of that and the fact that we’re trying to finish the house, and we’re like, ‘Oh, maybe we’ll just sneak away by ourselves’,” he laughed.
“Yeah, it won’t be any time soon, though,” he added.
